Returns of goods

You can find the return form to be attached to the returned/complained goods here.

If you are a consumer or a so-called privileged entrepreneur, you can withdraw from the online sales agreement without stating the reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product (receipt of the parcel).

To meet this deadline, all you need to do is write to us:

  • by e-mail to the following address: contact@4watchlovers.com or
  • in writing to the following address: Aleja Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warszawa, Poland

We immediately acknowledge receipt of your statement of withdrawal.

Then send us the returned goods to the following address:

Upon receipt of the goods, we refund your money immediately, no later than within 14 days.

Remember that in the case of some goods (e.g. perishable goods), the right of a refund does not apply.

In the case of digital content, if you have agreed and we have provided you with the digital product immediately (before the expiry of 14 days) – the product cannot be returned.

Complaints

In the case of goods purchased from 1 January 2023, we are liable towards the consumers and so-called privileged entrepreneurs for the non-compliance of the goods with the agreement existing at the time of their delivery and discovered within 2 years from that moment in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. We are liable pursuant to the Civil Code towards other entrepreneurs.

In the case of goods purchased by 31 December 2022, we are liable under the statutory warranty for the defect of the goods if the defect is found before the lapse of 2 years from the date of releasing the goods in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.

In the case of digital content (ebooks, courses, etc.) we are also liable if the product is inconsistent with the agreement.

If you believe that the goods purchased by you are inconsistent with the agreement / defective, you can lodge a complaint.

To lodge a complaint:

1. Write to us:

In the body of your complaint, indicate which product is affected and describe the problem.

You should also indicate what manner of handling the complaint you expect (replacement of goods, repair of goods, refund of money, lowering the price, etc.).

2. Send us a parcel with the goods complained about.

We kindly ask you not to send us parcels with the “cash on delivery” option.

Complaints are considered not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product complained about.
